Local Flavors: Cooking and Eating from America's Farmers' Markets

It came just in time for my birthday. It is a hardback cookbook with some amazing photographs. A great addition to our cookbook collection and wonderful excuse to finally go out to our local farmers market.

We used our new cookbook and made a really yummy sandwich simply called "A Big Tomato Sandwich". It was on ciabatta bread with a yummy herb vinaigrette, mozzarella cheese, a roasted bell pepper, and juicy ripe tomatoes. It was delicious! We will be sure to use this cookbook again and even plan to do most of our produce shopping at our local farmers market.
